We only source UK resale property - not off plan, not new build and not overseas properties which are usually very risky and overvalued property investments – in the valuation range £50,000 to £150,000 with an average valuation of £90,000.
These are 'bread and butter' residential properties located in areas where people want to live and rent to be close to family and friends. These properties let out and sell quickly because they are located in these sought after areas.
If you are looking to minimise risk, maximise net rental income and achieve good medium to long term capital growth our properties should fit in well with your plans. All of our properties are 'cash flow positive' which means that your rental income will always exceed your mortgage and all other standard operating costs. And - because we personally tenant and manage your property - we will only source property in areas where we know there is a strong and consistent rental demand.

We source residential properties all over the UK with many concentrated in or near large towns and cities like Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham. Because we manage the sale and lettings of properties, our investors are able to choose the best discounted and highest rental deals located throughout the UK knowing that their investment is in very safe hands. This provides our investors with far more choice and opportunities to buy bargain properties than those offered by local estate agents and auctions.
What Does It Cost To Purchase A Property?
Buy an £100,000 property from us for the BARGAIN PRICE of £77,000 and you will receive a genuine 23% discount and instant equity of £23,000.
Our sourcing fee is just £5,995 and includes all of your broker, legal and purchase costs which would total c£3,000 if you were to personally source and purchase a non-discounted property. Therefore, for a comparable additional cost of just £2,995 you purchase a property with £23,000 instant equity and HBF Investments does all the hard work for you!
You will see therefore that our fee is very competitive and you receive an immediate return on your investment.
